Scottish Country Dance Instruction

THE BALFRON BELLE (R8x32) 3C (4C set) R Baird

1- 4 1M dances ½ reel of 3 with 2s (LSh to 2L)
5- 8 1M dances ½ reel with 3s (RSh to 3M) while 1L dances ½ reel of 3 with 2s (RSh to 2M) to ends facing down behind partner
9-16 1s ½ Tandem reel of 3 with 3s (LSh to 3M), 1M followed by prtnr dances out between 2M+3M, up round 2M to end 1st pl opp sides (2s step down)
17-24. 1s cross RH, cast 1 place to face 1st corners, dance ½ diagonal reel of 4 with 1st corners and end facing 2nd corners
25-32. 1s dance ½ reel with 2nd corners and turn RH to 2nd places while corners chase clockwise ½ way.
