3-couple dance in 3-couple set

  1-8   MIRROR REELS OF 3: 1st couple dance a reel of 3 with 2nd and 3rd couples (to begin 1st couple dance in and down, 2nd couple out and up, 3rd couple in and up: join nearer hands with partner whenever possible);

  9-16 DOWN MIDDLE AND UP AS "FREENDS": 1st couple followed by 2nd and 3rd couples lead down the middle, keeping right hands joined both swivel to their left (women place their right hand akimbo on their right hip and man's arm is behind partner's waist), then dance up the middle staying in the centre;

17-24 RIGG: women unwind changing sides with partner (2 bars), 3rd, 2nd, and 1st couples chase clockwise halfway round to original places (4 bars), and set;

25-32 LOOP: 2nd and 1st couples dance between 3rd couples, divide and cast up the side (4 bars), then 1st couple followed by 3rd couple dance up between 2nd couple and cast down the side (ending order: 2-3-1).

REPEAT TWICE.
