Craigleith is a small island in the Firth of Forth off North Berwick in East Lothian, Scotland. It is 24 m at its highest point.

Craigleith is also a district of north Edinburgh, Scotland. Its name comes from the Scottish Gaelic Creag liath meaning 'grey rock' which was obtained from Craigleith quarry.
