THE GARPLE BURN (R8x32) 3C (4C set) H Foss Kendoon dances

1- 8 1s+2s set, dance RH across ½ way, set and dance LH across ½ way
9-16 1s+2s set, turn RH to end 1M and 2L BtoB facing partners in diag line and dance ½ reel of 4 (end on own sides with 1s in 2nd place)
17-24 3s set advancing and lead up to top, then 1s set and turn 2H to face 1st corners
25-32 1s set to 1st corners, set to 2nd corners and dance ½ LSh reel of 3 on own side (Man up Lady down)

Dance Information

The Garple Burn is a small river running from Corriedoo down the Holy Linn Waterfall to Garplefoot where it joins the Water Of Ken, a river in Galloway, south-west Scotland.
