Strathspey
1- 8 Ladies dance reel of 4 (1L passing 2L and 3L passing 4L RSh to start) while Men chase anticlockwise (all end passing LSh to partners place)
9-16 All dance ½ reverse Schiehallion reel (to left and Men follow Ladies)
17-24 Men dance reel of 4 (1M passing 2M and 3M passing 4M to start) while Ladies chase anticlockwise (all pass LSh at end to partners place)
25-32 All dance ½ reverse Schiehallion reel (2 places to left and Men follow Ladies). All now in original places
33-40 Men dance ½ LH across while Ladies chase 1 place clockwise, turn facing Lady RH and repeat ½ turning partner RH turn at end
41-48 Ladies dance ½ LH across while Men chase 1 place clockwise, turn facing Man RH and repeat

Reel
1- 8 Men turn Ladies RH into cross with Ladies joined LH in middle, Balance, turn Men into middle and Balance, turn into prom hold facing clockwise
9-16 All Promenade round
17-24 1s+4s and 2s+3s pass RSh to end in longwise set (2314 - 2s and 1s on opp sides), turn partners RH and 2s+3s also 1s+4s dance ½ RH across
25-32 Men dance reel of 4 (3M+2M, 1M+4M pass RSH to start)
33-40 All chase clockwise ½ way
41-48 1s and 3s turn partner RH while 2s+4s dance ½ RH across, all turn partners RH moving to original places in square formation
49-56 All circle 8H round and back
