MISS CYNTHIA MACKAY (32 bar jig for 3 couples) Joop Feijtel, The Delft Book Of Scottish Country Dances

1-8 1st, 2nd and 3rd couples (with hands joined) set [2], turn partners once round giving right hands [4] and set again [2].
9-16 1st couple cross over giving right hands [2], cast off one place (2nd couple move up) [2], cross over giving left hands [2] and cast off into 3rd place (3rd couple move up) [2].
17-24 1st couple advancing set to finish in the centre facing up with nearer hands joined [2], dance up to the top (2nd and 3rd couple move down) [2); cast off into 2nd place (2nd couple move up) [2], then advancing set and turn right about to finish in the centre, back to back facing own sides, ready for double triangles [2].
25-32 2nd, 1st and 3rd couples dance double triangles (finish 1st couple in 2nd place own sides).
Repeat, having passed a couple.
