Poussette In 4 Bars

Poussette in four bars in Scottish Country Dancing is a blessedly rare Progressive Figure which requires the first five bars of the standard Pas-de-basque Poussette to be crammed into two bars:

Bar 1
this is a combination of the movements of bars 1 and 2 of the Poussette;

Bar 2
this is a combination of the movements of bars 3, 4 and 5 of the Poussette;

Bar 3
this is the same as bar 6 of the Poussette, albeit on the other foot;

Bar 4
this is a combination of the movements of bars 7 and 8 of the Poussette.
