Scottish Country Dance Instruction

ARRAN CHASE (R8x32) 3C (4C set) Frank Reid Snr

1- 8 1s cast to 2nd place, 2s+1s+3s set, 2s and 3s chase clockwise to other end as 1s turn RH to face 3rd corner (position)
9-16 1s dance ½ reel with 3rd corners, 2s and 3s chase clockwise to other end while 1s turn partner RH to face 2nd corners
17-24 1s dance ½ reel with 2nd corners, 2s and 3s set and change places RH on sides while 1s turn RH to end in 2nd place BtoB facing own sides
25-32 1s dance Double Triangles with 2s+3s crossing RH to own sides as 1s turn to face opposite sides, 1s pass RSh to 2nd place own sides
