Harrisburg is the capital city of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and the seat of Dauphin County and is situated on the east bank of the Susquehanna River.
Capital versus Capitol:

Capital here refers to a city that serves as the seat of a country's or state's government (not accumulated wealth or uppercase letters).

Capitol (named after the Capitoline Hill in Rome) is usually a legislative building where a legislature meets and makes laws for its respective political entity.
