Carefree Highway 8x32 Jig for 3C by Sue McKinnell

1-8 1C set and cast off 1 place as 2C step up. 1W turn 3W LH once round while 1M turn 3M RH once round to end in a line across the set all facing down with 1C between 3C.
9-16 1C and 3C lead down, turn right about, and lead up. 1C end facing 3W, 1M behind 1W.
17-24 1C dance a RS reel across the set with 3C. 1C change leads on the ends and end facing out and up in 2nd place. 3C end facing in and up in 3rd place.
25-32 Mirror reels of 3 on the sides, 1C dancing out and up, 3C in and up, 2C in and down to begin.

Repeat.

This jig, Carefree Highway, was inspired by the English Country dance Crossroads and is named for a favorite Gordon Lightfoot song.
