Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 4 1M+3L turn ¾ RH, retain hands, join LH with 4th corners (1M+3M, 3L+1L) and all Balance-in-Line (2M and 2L step up/down 3-4)
5- 8 1M and 3L change places LH with corners who join RH in centre and all Balance-in-Line
9-12 2M+3L+1L and 2L+1M+3M dance LH across
13-16 2M followed by 3L+1L and 2L followed by 1M+3M chase anticlockwise into lines across, 2M+3L+1L facing up, 2L+1M+3M facing down
17-20 All advance and retire
21-24 1M+3L set advancing, pass RSh to end BtoB in centre and join hands as in Double Triangles and all set. Bar 24: 1s pull back RSh to take prom hold with partner facing clockwise
25-28 2s turn 1½ RH to original places and face out while 3s and 1s promenade clockwise round to end 1s in middle at top facing down nearer hands joined and 3s in original places
29-32 2s dance up to top while 1s dance down to 2nd place. 213
