Maggie and Duncan Keppie Burns Night In The Annapolis Valley:
32 bar reel
One long set with couples numbered 1-2, 1-2, etc.
(ALL 1st couple on opposite sides)

  1-8   ROUND PARTNER AND TURN: all dancers on the women's side dance around their partners passing right shoulders and turn their partner one round with the right hands;

  9-16 ROUND PARTNER AND TURN: all dancers on the men's side dance around their partners passing right shoulders and turn their partner one round with the right hands ending in the middle facing up, nearer hands joined;

17-20 UP MIDDLE: all dance up the middle, on Bar 20 1st couple begins to cast into;

21-24 1¼ TURN: 1st man and 2nd woman with right hands, 1st woman and 2nd man with left hands;

25-28 1¼ TURN: 1st man and 2nd woman with left hands, 1st woman and 2nd man with right hands;

29-32 DOWN MIDDLE: 1st couple followed by 2nd couple dance down the middle nearer hands joined separating on Bar 32 to end in the side line in progressed places.

Repeat with next couple.
