1- 8 1s set, ½ turn RH moving down to 2nd place (2s move up), 1s pull back RSh to face 1st corner, set to and turn 1st corner 2H (skip change)
9-16 1s dance reels of 3 across (Lady with 2s and Man with 3s) giving LSh to 4th corner 1s end facing each other up/down
17-24 1s set, ½ turn RH, pull back RSh to face 2nd corner, set to and turn 2nd corners 2H (skip change)
25-32 1s dance reels of 3 across, LSh to 3rd corners (Lady with 3s and Man with 2s), 1s cross RH to own side in 2nd place

Dance Notes

The deviser, Bob Grant, specified in the instructions that skip change of step should be used when turning your corner in this dance, as this is traditionally how 'set and turn corners' is danced in Edinburgh.

This reel, Dancing Forth, was devised in 1999 to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the Edinburgh Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society in 1924.
