Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s cross L, face side couples (1M+3s, 1L+2s) and all set; 1M+3s also 1L+2s dance RH across. All finish in original place in prom hold, 1s+2s facing
9-16 1s+2s+3s dance promenade reel of 3 (1s+2s pass RSh). All finish in partner's place facing partner
17-24 All set, pass partner RSh and join nearer hands with 'new partner' facing in; all advance and retire (1 step each) and cast back to original place facing partner
25-32 Triangular Knot:
 25-28 All turn partner ½ RH into Allemande hold facing out, dance 1 place anticlockwise
 29-32 All turn Ladies into centre LH, all turn ¾ LH to new place (1 place anticlockwise round). 231
