Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s+3s dance Double Figure of 8 round standing 2s (1s cross down, 3s dance up)
9-16 1s and 2s dance Chain Progression:
 1s+2s ¾ turn RH, 1M+2L turn LH 1½ times as partners chase clockwise ½ way, 2s+1s ¾ turn RH to end on sides in order 2 1, 1s facing out
17-24 1s cast (1M up, 1L down), meet in centre and ½ turn RH, pull back RSh 1s cast to Right (1L up, 1M down) to end 2nd place own side
25-32 1s+3s Mirror set and link (1s cast, 3s dance up), 1s turn 2H, dance down slightly and cast up to 3rd place facing out
