  1-8   SET AND RIGHT HAND WHEEL: 5th and 1st couples set to opposite, set on diagonal, and dance right hands across: end 5th couple (man on right of woman) facing 3rd couple;

  9-16 SET AND LEFT HAND WHEEL: 5th and 3rd couples set to opposite, set on diagonal, and dance left hands across: end with 5th couple (man on right of woman) facing 4th couple;

17-24 SET AND RIGHT HAND WHEEL: 5th and 4th couples set to opposite, set on diagonal, and dance right hands across: end with 5th couple (man on left of woman) facing 2nd couple;

25-32 SET AND LEFT HAND WHEEL: 5th and 2nd couples set to opposite, set on diagonal, and dance left hands across: end with 5th couple (man on left of woman) facing 3rd couple;

33-40 HAND-IN-HAND REEL OF 3 WITH HEAD COUPLES: 5th couple dances a Hand-in-Hand reel of 3 (start with 3rd and 1st couples left shoulder, couples switch hands at each end of the reel), end with 5th couple facing 4th couple;

41-48 HAND-IN-HAND REEL OF 3 WITH SIDE COUPLES: 5th couple dances a Hand-in-Hand reel of 3 (start with 4th and 2nd couples passing right shoulder, couples switch hands at each end of the reel), on bars 47-48 5th woman followed by 5th man dances anticlockwise ¼ around the periphery into 1st place AS 1st couple joins nearer hands and dances into the centre to face next couple to their left (i.e. 2nd couple).
