Round the room dance, 3 facing 3

1- 8 All circle 6H round and back
9-16 Centre persons dance RH across with dancers on the right, LH across with dancers on left
17-24 Corner dancers advance and retire on diagonal, centre dancers dance DoSiDo
25-32 All pass facing dancer RH and pass next dancer LH, all turn facing dancer RH once round

Dance Information

Grassmarket is the site of an old market square below Edinburgh Castle, used as a market from the 15th to 20th centuries. A rock was placed there in 1977 to celebrate 500 years since Edinburgh's markets were re-organised by James III.
