Strathspey
1- 8 1s and 3s cast, dance down behind own side, turn out and dance back to places
9-16 All dance reflection reels of 4 on sides (1s and 3s in and down to start)
17-24 1s also 3s dance ½ Fig of 8 round couples below them and all turn partners RH
25-32 1s+2s also 3s+4s dance RH across, 1M and 4M (others in wheel follow) chase clockwise ½ way to form square set with 4s at top and 1s at bottom

Reel
1- 8 All circle 8H round and back
9-16 All turn partner RH 1½ times, dance ½ reel of 4 (pass partner RSh and 2 others and turn about to face person just passed)
17-24 All turn person just passed RH 1½ times, dance ½ RSh reel of 4 (end by passing partner to face original corners)
25-32 Turn corner RH, partner LH, corner RH and partner LH
