Let's Learn Ladies' Chain 32 bar Strathspey for 3Cs in a 4C set Gaye Collin
1-8 1C turn RH (2 bars) and cast off one place (2C step up on 3+4), 1C dance a ½ figure of 8 down round 3C to finish in 2nd place opposite side.
9-16 2+1Cs dance Rights and Lefts, and finish with the men facing out, ready for...
17-24 2+1Cs dance the ladies' chain.
25-30 2+1+3Cs take hands on the side and set, then dance back-to-back with partner.
31-32 1C cross over giving RH.
Repeat from second place.

Dance devised in May of 2022 for our first-year dancers to learn The Ladies Chain, in a dance with other formations they are familiar with.Recommended tunes: Celebration at Higham from the CD The Sunday Class Vol 1 by Jim Lindsay and his Band.
