Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1M+2L+3M+4L dance ½ RSh reel of 4 (1M+2L, 3M+4L pass RSh to begin). 1M+4L finish in each other's place as 2L+3M take LH as they pass LSh and turn LH 1½ times to finish in each other's place
9-16 1L+2M+3L+4M repeat bars 1-8 dancing ½ LSh reel of 4. (4)(3)(2)(1)
17-20 All chase ½ way round set to original places
21-24 On sides 1s+2s and 3s+4s set to each other, change places (Men RH, Ladies LH), 1s in 2nd place face out
25-32 1s+4s dance Cross Chase:
 25-28 1s cast down 1 place and cross up as 4s cross up 1 place and cast down 1 place
 29-32 1M+4M chase ½ way clockwise
 Meanwhile 4L+1L dance similarly but in anticlockwise direction, dancing on inside of Men. 2413
