Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s dance down nearer hands joined, 1L turns under 1M's Left arm (bar 5) and dance up to 2nd place opposite sides facing out (2s step up 5-6)
9-12 1s cast (3s step up), cross RH and face out as 2s dance down below 3rd place (passing 3rd place before 1s cross)
13-16 2L turns under 2M's arm and dance up to 2nd place facing out while 1s cast down behind 4s and lead up LH following 2s (3s step up 13-14)
17-24 3s+1s dance double Fig of 8 (1s cross up, 3s cast); 1s finish in middle nearer hands joined facing down, 3s in 1st place facing out while 2s cast to 3rd place, cross RH, cast below 4s and dance up to 3rd place in middle facing up
25-32 3s cast down, 4s cast up while 1s dance under arch made by 2s. All turn 1¼ (1M+4M and 2L+3L RH, 1L+4L and 2M+3M LH) to sides facing partners; All set. 2341
