Strathspey
1- 8 1s and 2s set, turn 2H and open out and circle 4H round
9-16 1s and 2s dance the Slip Knot (usual Knot but end by passing Lady in front and dancing ½ LH across back to same places)

Reel
17-24 1s dance reel of 3 on Men's side (1M and 2M pass LSh to start and Lady dances below 2M), Lady ends in own place with Men having changed places
25-32 1s dance reel of 3 on Ladies' side (1L and 2L pass RSh to start and Man dances below 2L), 2s end in 1st place and 1s in 2nd place
