9-16 All advance and retire, 1s+4s and 2s+3s dance ½ R&L
17-24 1s+3s (now in 4th and 2nd places) dance ½ Ladies' Chain, 2s+4s (in 3rd and 1st places) dance ½ Ladies' Chain
25-32 All repeat above Fig
33-40 All advance and retire, ½ R&L back to original places (repeat of bars 9-16)
41-48 All Promenade round anticlockwise
49-96 Repeat from beginning with 2s+4s leading and diagonal lines in other direction with 1s+4s facing 2s+3s
