"None So Pretty", "London Pride", and "St. Patrick's Cabbage" are common names for the plant Saxifraga umbrosa, a perennial saxifragaceous plant (a hybrid of various Saxifraga umbrosa and Saxifraga spathularis) that has a basal rosette of leaves and pinkish-white flowers.

Saxifraga umbrosa is native to Europe and is commonly found in rocky or mountainous regions. It prefers well-drained soil and partial shade, making it suitable for rock gardens or woodland settings. As a perennial plant, it returns year after year, flowering in spring and early summer.
