Scones And Blackcurrant Jam (S3x32) A 32 bar jig for three couples in a four couple set. Ann Campbell

1-8 1st couple cast and dance down behind the set for 3 bars, dance up for 3 bars, and meet nearer hands joined to dance down the middle to 2nd place (2nd couple step up on bars 7-8)
9-16 Men dance right hands across while women dance left hands across; 1st couple meet nearer hands join to dance down the middle followed by 2nd and 3rd couples.
17-24 1st couple dance up the middle with nearer hands joined followed by 2nd and 3rd couples who split; 1st couple cast off and dance down behind and round 3rd couple and dance up into 2nd place own sides, 2nd couple finish in top place.
25-32 2nd, 1st and 3rd couples dance reels of three on the sides (1st and 2nd men passing right shoulders, 1st and 2nd women passing left shoulders).
