SGURR ALASDAIR (R5x32) 5C set Roy Goldring Leeds 40th Anniversary Book

1- 8 1s+2s+3s dance reels of 3 on the sides (1s in and down to start)
9-16 1s dance down between 2s+3s and cast up to 2nd place, 1L+3L turn LH 1½ times while 1M+3M turn RH 1½ times
17-24 1s+4s+5s dance reels of 3 on sides (1s out and down to start)

25-32 1s cast below 5s and dance up middle to 4th place, 1L+5L turn RH 1½ times while 1M+5M turn LH 1½ times

Dance Information

Sgurr Alasdair is the highest peak in the Black Cuillin mountain range on the Isle of Skye in Scotland.

With an elevation of 3,255 feet (992 metres) above sea level, it is a challenging mountain to climb, featuring steep slopes and rocky ridges. The ascent to its summit provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
