2-couple dance in 3 or 4-couple longways set

  1-8   DOWN MIDDLE AND BACK: 1st couple leads down the middle and back ending back-to-back between 2nd couple (who step up on Bars 3-4), 1st man facing 2nd woman, and 1st woman facing 2nd man;

  9-16 SET, ½ TURN, BALANCE, ½ TURN: 1st couple set to 2nd couple, turn right hand halfway and retain hands 2nd couple who join left hands in the middle to balance in line, then 2nd couple turn each other halfway with left hands;

17-24 REEL OF 4: 1st and 2nd couple dance a reel of 4 across the set (2nd couple omit passing left shoulder at the end of the reel to flow into);

25-32 ALL CHASE, 1ST'S TURN LEAD UP AND CAST: at end of the reel 1st couple lead a chase by dancing across towards own side (Bars 25-26) (1st man followed by 2nd man, 1st woman followed by 2nd woman), then 1st couple turn once round with right Hands AS 2nd couple continue chasing clockwise to end in 1st place on own side (Bars 27-28), 1st couple lead up and cast to 2nd place on own side.

Repeat from 2nd place.
