State Of Grace - Scottish Country Dancing Instruction VideoDance Information
Written in memory of Polly Paterson who passed away on January 29, 2012. Polly was a loyal and enthusiastic member of the Berkeley class. She attended dances all over and served on the branch board. Her enjoyment of SCD was reflected in her ready smile and the encouragement she shared with all in her set. I've borrowed 8 bars from Adieu Mon Ami as a tribute to a friend and dancer who is sorely missed.Recommended music: Full Fathom Five (Dave Wiesler).

In everyday language, people might use the expression "in a state of grace" to describe someone who consistently demonstrates admirable qualities or behaves with exceptional kindness and moral integrity. It can also be used more broadly to describe moments of serenity or elevated well-being.
