Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 Mirror reels of 3 on sides (2 cross up - no hands, 1s and 3s cast to start) 1s and 3s curve into place at end of reels
9-16 1s+2s+3s set and link for 3, flowing into circle 6H ½ round to left
17-24 Repeat 9-16
25-28 2s dance ½ diagonal reel of 4 with 1st corners (position), approach each other and pull back RSh to face 4th corners (position)
29-32 2s dance ½ diagonal reel of 4 with 4th corners. End on sides, 1s facing across, 2s facing down, 3s facing up
33-40 All dance Progressive Grand Chain:
 33-34 1s (at top) turn once round RH as 2s+3s change places RH on sides
 35-36 2s (at bottom) turn once round LH as 1s+3s change places LH on sides
 37-38 3s (at top) turn once round RH as 1s+2s change places RH on sides
 39-40 1s (at bottom) turn once round LH as 2s+3s change places LH on sides. 231
