Dance Information

If I were to guess, I would say the deviser of this dance, Kent W Smith, who dances and teaches in Northampton, Massachusetts, USA, dedicated this dance to Virginia Van Scoy who also devises and dances in Northampton, Massachusetts - but that is only a guess!
