9-16 1s+2s dance R&L (omit polite turn)
17-24 1s+2s dance RH across and LH across back to place
25-32 1s+2s circle 4H round to right; couples nearer hands joined "Stagger" to right and left to meet new couple (i.e. advance passing opposite couple LSh)
