Promenade Round Demonstration - YouTube Scottish Country Dancing Video
Performance Of Promenade Round - Lower Hutt Scottish Country Dance Club, Wellington, New Zealand, 2018.

Video Notes
This is an example of the Figure, Promenade Round for 3 Couples, danced in jig tempo by the top three couples.
The full video shows the Figure preceded by Lead Down and Back and then repeated from 2nd place of the full set. To show the complete video, click on the timeline near the end on the right and then on the Replay button at the bottom left of the video screen rather than the link to "Restart This Video Clip".
Note that 1st couple finish the preceding Figure on the centreline, retaining hold and ready to change to promenade hold; it is most important that they pass 2nd couple with at least one bar to spare so that the latter, in unison with 3rd couple, can easily step in to the centreline ready for bar 1 of the Promenade Round.
