9-16 1M+3L repeat, crossing LH to place to finish facing down/up
17-24 2L+1s and 2M+3s dance RH across, 2s face 1st corners; 2s+1st corners dance ½ RSh diagonal reel of 4, 2s pass RSh into...
25-32 2M+1L+3L (at top) and 2L+1M+3M (at bottom) dance RH across, 2s end facing 2nd corners; 2s+2nd corners dance ½ diagonal reel of 4. 2s end 2nd place opposite sides. (3)(2)(1)
33-40 3s (at top) set, cross RH while 2s+1s dance ½ R&L; 3s turn RH. 312
Note: If danced as 4C set (J8x40,) at end of 2nd turn 1s+2s cross RH with partner, turn person on side LH once round and all 3 couples turn RH
