Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s+2s+3s set advancing, pass partner RSh, turn to face partner; pull back RSh and dance out to opposite side. All cross passing RSh to own sides
9-12 1L followed by 1M dance down the centre for 2 steps, 1L turns to face up and 1s set advancing to pass each other
13-16 1L followed by 1M lead up to original places and cast to 2nd place own side
17-24 1s+2s+3s dance "The Wave":
 17-18 2s advance for 1, 18: 2s retire while 1s advance
 19-20 1s retire while 3s advance, 20: 3s retire while 2s advance
 21-22 2s retire while 1s advance, 22: 1s retire while 3s advance
 23-24; 3s retire while 1s advance to face 1st corners
25-32 1s dance 'Hello-Goodbye' setting and Petronella turn to 2nd place own sides.
33-40 2s+1s dance all round Poussette
