1- 8 1s set and cast 1 place (2s step up); 1s dance ½ Fig of 8 (1M round 2s, 1L round 3s). 2(1)3
9-16 2s+1s+3s set and 1s cross passing RSh; 2M+1M also 1L+3L turn RH 1½ times on sides
17-24 1s+2s+3s dance 3 couple Bourrel:
 17-20 3M and 2L chase anticlockwise ½ round while 1M+3L also 2M+1L set advancing and ¾ turn 2H into line up/down middle, pull back RSh to face own partners
 21-24 All set and turn 2H to own sides. 312
25-32 All chase clockwise ½ way, all ½ turn partners RH and twirl to places. 213

Barbara's Strathspey 8X32 Strathspey for 3C by Sue McKinnell

1-8 1C set, cast one place as 2C step up, and dance a half figure of eight, 1W down between 3C and 1M up between 2C, to end in 2nd place on opposite sides.
9-16 2C, 1C, and 3C take hands on the sides and set, then 1C cross to own sides passing RS. 1W and 3W, 1M and 2M, turn RH 1½ times to change places. Ending order is 1, 2, 3 on the men's side and 2, 3, 1 on the women's side.
17-24 1C, 2C, and 3C dance a three-couple Bourrel:
1M and 3W, similarly 2M and 1W, set advancing to each other and turn both hands halfway then away from each other to end back to back in the center of the set, woman facing up and man facing down. Meanwhile, 2W and 3M chase a little more than halfway CCW around the set to end facing their partners.All set to partners and turn them both hands to their own sides, W facing down and M facing up. The ending order is 3, 1, 2.
25-32 3C, 1C, and 2C chase CW halfway around the set. All turn partners RH to face in the center, then turn away from partners pulling their right shoulders back and dance out to own sides. Order is now 2, 1, 3.

Repeat.
