Scottish Country Dance Instruction
A Bit O' Birl 4x32 Strathspey for 4C (Square Set) by Sue McKinnell1-8 1C and 3C dance the Bourrel; 1W and 3W set advancing to begin. On bars 7-8, 1C and 3C turn partners LH to opposite sides.
9-16 1C and 3C dance a reel of 4 across the dance; 1W and 3W pass RS to begin; 1M and 3M dance into partners' places to enter the reel.
17-24 2C and 4C repeat bars 1-8.
25-32 All set, then circle left ¾. End 4, 1, 2, 3.
Repeat 4 times.
