Dance Information

This dance was created for the birthday of the Meaudre Reel's oldest dancer. It has no Pas de Basque as Régis is allergic to this step!

Where on Earth is Concourdan? Easy! It is close to the town of Villard de Lan at an altitude of 1250 metres and nestled in the mountains of the Vercors.

Concourdan consists of only one house, Dominique and Régis's home!

I taught in Lyon workshop in November 2023 a dance with a 3 couple circulating allemande and after that I tried to find a dance with a 2 couple circulating allemande! But all the dances I found were too difficult.

The Magic Roundabout (Freemantle) has 2 main formations: circulating allemande AND circulating knot, so I decided to create a dance with a 2 couple circulating allemande! This dance is the result, created because of (or thanks to) Reuben's dance, "The Magic Roundabout (Freemantle)".
