1-8 FIGURE OF 8: 1st couple dance a figure of 8 around 2nd couple;

9-16 DOWN MIDDLE AND BACK: 1st couple lead down middle and back;

17-24 CAST AND THRO' ARCH: 1st couple cast off followed by 2nd and 3rd couples, 1st couple make an arch and other couples dance up through arch;

25-30 CIRCLE: all dance 6 hands round and back

Repeat twice.
