ELEANOR ROSIE'S REEL (R8x32) 3C (4C set) Jeff Middleton Ribble Valley 30th Anniversary

1- 8 1s+2s+3s dance mirror reels of 3 on sides (1s in/down)
9-16 1s dance in and cast (2s step up 11-12); 1L+2s and 1M+3s dance RH across. All finish in Crown Triangle position (1L facing up, 1M facing down)
17-24 All dance Crown Triangles. 1s end in 2nd place opposite side facing out
25-32 1s dance reels of 3 on opposite sides (RSh to 1st corner to start), 1s cross (1M from top, 1L from bottom) to 2nd place own side on last 2 bars

This dance was devised by Jeff Middleton in 2009 and first published in the Ribble Valley 30th Anniversary Collection of Dances.

The recommended tune is 'Long Frank's Reel', played by Nicol McLaren and his Scottish Dance Band, featured on the CD Music for 16 Dances from the Original Ribble Valley Book.
