Strathspey 3 x 32 bars 3 Couple Repeat 3 Couple Set Longwise Set
1-2 All turn partners ¾ by the right, finishing on the centre line, Mn facing up, Ls down;
3-8 all dance half reel of six up and down, finishing 3M3L2M2L1M1L on the centre line, Mn facing down, Ls up;
9-10 all set facing partners;
11-12 3s 1s turn ¾ by the right WHILE 2s turn by the right;
13-16 3s2M 2L1s left hands across, 2s finishing right shoulder to right shoulder, facing first corners' positions;
17-20 2M3M3L 2L1L1M dance the reverse snake, finishing 1s2s3s on own sides;
21-24 all set and turn both hands, 3s finishing in places, 1s 2s retaining hold to finish 1L2M back-to-back in the centre on a steep diagonal line;
25-27 1s2s dance ¾ of strathspey half poussette, 1L 2M changing to left foot step to start;
28-28 2s complete the strathspey half poussette, finishing in 1st place WHILE 1s continue to turn in the centre WHILE 3s advance (3L on left foot step) and take both hands to finish 1L3M back-to-back in the centre on a steep diagonal line;
29-32 1s3s dance strathspey half poussette, finishing 2s3s1s.

Dance Notes
17-20 This reverse form of the snake flows naturally from the preceding left hands across, the corners following the dancing man/lady with whom they danced the hands across; 2M followed by 3M3L chase through 3L's and 3M's places WHILE 2L followed by 1L1M chase through 1M's and 1L's places to finish all in original places.
