Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s turn RH, cast (2s step up), dance towards each other, dance down (nearer hands joined) below 3s, cast up into 2nd place own side
9-16 2s+1s+3s set, ¾ turn partners 2H to finish in line in centre facing own sides, dance out (1 step) and circle 6H round to left to opposite sides. (3)(1)(2)
17-24 3s+2s turn ¾ RH into line in middle (M face down, L face up) and set while 1s stand (2 bars), advance and retire (1 bar each). 3s+2s dance ½ reel of 4 finishing on own sides. 2(1)3
25-32 2s+1s+3s dance back to back (DoSiDo). 1s dance ½ Fig of 8 (1L up round 2s, 1M down round 3s) to 2nd place own side
