GLEN LYON (S3x32) 3C set Roy Goldring 15 Social Dances

1- 8 1s cross down to 3rd place opposite side (no hands) and 1s+2s dance the Capstan:
 1M and 2L change places by dancing LSh 1½ times round the standing 3L while 1L and 2M dance RSh 1½ times round 3M
9-16 1s repeat all ending in original places
17-24 1s+2s set, cross RH, set and 1s cast to 2nd place while 2s cross up (no hands)
25-32 1s crossing down dance ½ Fig of 8 round 3s and turn 3s 1½ times on sides (Ladies LH and Men RH)

Glen Lyon is a glen in the Perth and Kinross region of Scotland. It is the longest enclosed glen in Scotland and runs for 34 miles from Loch Lyon in the west to the village of Fortingall in the east.
