A HIGHLAND WELCOME IN SWITZERLAND (S1x64) Sq.Set Rosi Betsche Merse Collection1- 2 1s+3s advance towards each other
3- 4 1M and 3M turn opposite Lady ¾ RH
5- 6 1M+3M turn ¾ LH while 1L and 3L dance on a ¼ way clockwise
7- 8 1M+3L also 3M+1L turn under Man's Right arm into Allemande hold facing diagonally out to the right
9-16 1M+3L dance round 2s while 3M+1L dance round 4s for 4 steps. On 5th step they dance towards the middle of the set, as though to pass RSh. On 6th step Men turn the Lady to face (like Allemande). On 7th and 8th steps 1s and 3s retire to original places
17-32 2s+4s repeat bars 1 to 16
33-36 All Ladies dance RH across
37-40 Ladies retain hold of RH to pick up partners to dance "double wheel" ½ way clockwise. On bars 39-40, Men dance out to side lines with partners to finish facing partners
41-48 All set and turn partners 2H opening out to circle 8H ½ round
49-52 All Men dance LH across
53-56 Men retain hold of LH to pick up partners to dance "double wheel" ½ way anti-clockwise. On bars 55-56 the Ladies dance out to side lines with their partners to finish facing partners
57-64 All repeat bars 41-48
