A JIG FOR CHARLIE (J3x32) 3C set Colin Blackhall Hunter Valley Book1- 8 1s cross RH, cast (2s step up); 1s cross LH and cast (1L up, 1M down) to 1L between 2s facing down, 1M between 3s facing up
9-12 1L+2M and 1M+3L join nearer hands, 1s dance clockwise round 2M/3L while 2M/3L set turning about on the spot
13-16 1L+2L and 1M+3M join nearer hands, 1s dance anticlockwise round 2L/3M set turning about on the spot
17-24 1s cross passing LSh and repeat figure of 9-16 (1L dancing with 3M then 3L, 1M with 2L then 2M) 1s end in 2nd place own side
25-28 1s set advancing and ½ turn 2H (2 steps) and dance 4 slip steps to 3rd place remaining in center 2H joined while
2s+3s dance ½ R&L (no polite turn)
29-32 1s ½ turn 2H and retire to 3rd place own side while
3s+2s continue R&L. 231
