KIRK'S HORNPIPE (R8x32) 3C (4C set) John Drewry Summer Collection 1989

1- 8 1s cross down to dance reel of 3 on opposite sides, all giving hands where possible. End 1s nearer hands joined dance to 2nd place and face 3s, 2s dance out/up to 1st place, 3s in original place
9-12 1s make arch, dance to 3rd place on men's side facing out, set inwards and join nearer hands to face 3L while
3M dances up under arch, LSh round 2L to just above her and they join nearer hands
13-16 3M+2L also 1M+1L make arches, dance across set, turn inwards to face partners while
2M and 3L dance under arches, meet in centre in 2nd place and ½ LH
17-20 3s+2L (at top) and 1s+2M (3rd place) dance RH across, all finishing on sides. 321
21-24 All turn partners RH, 3s finishing at top on own sides, 2s+1s finishing in middle facing up in promenade hold
25-32 3s cast to 3rd place and stand for 6 bars while 2s+1s dance up and into a 2 couple promenade. 213
