Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 8 1s+2s dance Double Fig of 8 giving hands (1s cross down, 2s dance up)
9-12 1s dance down nearer hands joined and face (2 steps) while 2s continue to dance up, 1s set advancing passing LSh to face 1st corners
13-16 1s dance RSh round corner to face each other (1M between 3s, 1L between 2s) while 1st corners turn 2H and dance back to place
17-20 Lines of 3 across set, 1s set advancing passing LSh to face 2nd corners
21-24 1s dance RSh round corner to 2nd place opposite side while 2nd corners turn 2H and dance back to place
25-28 All 3 couples set on sides, 1s turn RH once round
29-32 1s dance ½ Fig of 8 (1L up, 1M down) to 2nd place own side
33-40 1s+3s dance Espagnole:
 33-34 1s+3s cross (Ladies lead across RH passing between Men) with Ladies changing places RH
 35-36 1s+3s cross back (Men lead across RH between Ladies) with Men changing places RH
 37-40 3s turn RH as 1s turn LH. 231
