A Leisurely Stroll - Scottish Country Dancing Instruction VideoDance Information
A leisurely stroll refers to a relaxed and unhurried walk, often undertaken for pleasure or to enjoy one's surroundings.Unlike brisk walking, which is typically done for exercise or to reach a destination quickly, a leisurely stroll allows individuals to move at a comfortable pace, taking time to appreciate the environment. This type of walk is commonly associated with activities such as exploring a park, wandering through a neighbourhood, or enjoying a beachside promenade.
The emphasis is on relaxation and the simple enjoyment of movement, making it a popular choice for those looking to unwind or connect with nature.
