LOMONDSIDE (S3x32) 3C set Jean Attwood Alexander Book 91- 8 2s turn 2H and dance out own sides between 1s+3s, cast round person on right, change places RH to end Lady between 1s and Man between 3s
9-16 2s dance ½ RSh reels of 3 across (2L with 1s and 2M with 3s) and 2s turn LH and dance ½ LSh reels with other couple (1s and 3s dance full reels) 2s turn LH to end facing 2nd corners
17-24 2s dance pass and turn with 2nd corners and turn RH to dance pass and turn with 1st corners ending in original places
25-32 1s+2s+3s set, 1s cross RH while 2s+3s dance RH across ½ way, 1s+3s+2s set and 2s cross RH while 1s+3s dance RH across ½ way. 312

Strathspey 3 x 32 bars 3 Couple Repeat 3 Couple Set Longwise Set
1-4 2s turn both hands, finishing in places facing out;
5-6 2s cast clockwise to finish facing on the centreline, 2M between 1s, 1L between 3s;
7-8 2s cross up and down;
9-12 giving right shoulder to partner's second corner, 2s half reels of 3 across, finishing by turning halfway by the left;
13-16 giving left shoulder to partner's first corner position, 2s half reels of 3 across, finishing by turning ¾ by the left to face own second corner;
17-20 2s pass and turn with second corners and turn by the right to finish facing first corners;
21-24 2s pass and turn with first corners, all finishing in places;
25-26 1s2s3s take hands on the sides and set;
27-28 1s cross by the right WHILE 2s3s right hands across halfway, finishing 1s3s2s on opposite sides;
29-30 1s3s2s take hands on the sides and set;
31-32 1s3s right hands across halfway WHILE 2s cross by the right, finishing 3s1s2s.

Dance Notes
1-24 2s are the dancing couple in this continuously flowing movement. It is sensible to define the supporting dancers as corners rather than explicitly by number.

Lomondside means the land near the banks of Loch Lomond.Loch Lomond, located in Scotland, is the largest freshwater loch by surface area in Great Britain, stretching approximately 39 kilometres (24 miles) in length.
It lies within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park and is known for its stunning scenery, diverse wildlife, and recreational activities such as boating, fishing, and hiking. The loch contains over 30 islands, including Inchmurrin, the largest freshwater island in the British Isles.
Its name is derived from the Gaelic "Loch Laomainn", meaning "Lake of the Elms".
