Scottish Country Dance Instruction

1- 4 5M dances out between 2s and casts to left to above 1st place, 5L between 4s, casts to left to below 3rd place while 1s+3s dance ½ RH across
5- 8 5M+1s and 5L+3s dance ½ LH across, 1s/3s have continued turning to Lady on Man's right while 5s dance towards each other, pass LSh
9-12 5M dances out between 1s and cast to right to outside 4th place, 5L between 3s, casts right to outside 2nd place while 2s+4s dance ½ RH across
13-16 5M+2s and 5L+4s dance ½ RH across and 5s turn partner LH to 5M facing 1st place - 5L facing 3rd place while 2s/4s continue turning to Lady on Man's right
17-20 5M dances ½ reel of 3 up/down with 3M+1L while 5L ½ reel of 3 with 1M+3L (start RSh to Man)
5s end LSh to LSh facing sides (5M faces 4th place - 5L faces 2nd place)
21-24 5M dances ½ reel of 3 across with 2M+4L while 5L dances ½ reel of 3 with 4M+2L (start RSh to Man), 5s end by turning RH to face each other (5M back to 3rd place)
25-32 All set and ½ turn RH, each Man followed by partner dances into next couple's place (5s to 1st place, 2s to 3rd place, etc... 4s into centre) and all turn 2H. 5123 4(in centre)
