The dance is dedicated to Debbie Saunders of the RSCDS New Jersey Branch, who also provided its name, in recognition of the considerable assistance she gave during the tutoring of RSCDS Teacher Candidate classes.Its final trial run was held at her home in Lowell Court, Mahwah, New Jersey, in June 2025.
